NEW MAP CONTRACT POLICY FOR WEBSITE:

As an industry leading organic dog treat company, Lord Jameson is focused on maintaining high margins for our Retailers, Dealers, and Distributor Partners.  In recognition of the investment in time and resources required for our high-quality partners to provide the level of customer service and product knowledge expected from our customers, Lord Jameson is committed to enforcing policies which allow our authorized resellers (“Authorized Resellers”) to maintain high profit margins through the sale of Lord Jameson products (the “Products”).  Lord Jameson has established this Lord Jameson Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy and Confirmation Agreement Policy (the “Policy”) that an Authorized Reseller must follow for the advertising, marketing, and sales distribution of the Products. All Lord Jameson Authorized Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

This Policy applies to all Products featured in all advertising placements, including but not limited to: print ads (inserts, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, mail order catalogs, etc.), broadcast (radio and TV), direct mail, faxes, internet placement with third parties (banner ads, broadcast emails, destination pages, third-party sites, etc.), internet placements on Authorized Reseller’s own website provided that Authorized Reseller is compliant with the terms of “Online Sales Restrictions” below, and any flyers, posters or coupons.

Online Sales Restrictions

Authorized Resellers may sell Products online only with Lord Jameson’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in Lord Jameson’s sole discretion. Lord Jameson will only provide such consent (but shall not be required to provide such consent) if the Authorized Reseller proposes to sell the Products on its own website, and the Authorized Reseller also sells the Product in one or more of its own physical locations. Under no circumstances will Lord Jameson consent to the sale of Products via a third-party website such as, for example, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.

Failure to Comply with the Policy

At the sole discretion of Lord Jameson, failure to comply with the Policy, intentional and/or repeated failure to abide by the Policy, may result in the immediate loss of Authorized Reseller status and Authorized Reseller’s  ability to purchase all Products, both direct as well as through distribution
